1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and eck444 (hereinafter "eck444", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://eck444.net. By accessing the eck444 platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

eck444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the eck444 platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

The eck444 platform is operated as an online casino and sports betting service targeting players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All games and betting markets are provided by third-party studios and data providers operating under their own certifications; eck444 is responsible for the platform through which these services are delivered, not for the underlying game software itself.

2. Age Restriction

The eck444 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. eck444 enforces this requirement through a mandatory National ID verification process during account registration. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately. All funds held in that account will be returned to the payment source from which they were deposited, and permanent access will be blocked for the associated device and payment details.

3. Account Registration

To use the eck444 platform, you must complete the account registration process in full and accurately. You are required to provide your legal name as it appears on your National ID, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a unique username and password of your choosing. You must also confirm that you are aged 18 or over, that you have read and accepted these Terms, and that you are accessing the platform from Bangladesh.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

All registration information must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held. eck444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registration details. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days will result in account suspension pending verification.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eck444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. eck444 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to support before such activity occurred. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

3.3 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the eck444 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, payment details, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates will be closed, all balances will be forfeited, and the associated National ID and payment details will be permanently blocked from the platform. Bonus funds obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided in their entirety.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

eck444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to platform security and responsible gaming. You may be required to provide a copy of your National ID, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal can be processed. Players who submit incomplete or fraudulent KYC documents will have their accounts closed and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on eck444 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment method selected and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.

4.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your eck444 account balance within seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. eck444 does not apply any fee on deposits processed via supported payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside eck444's control. Always verify the deposit amount credited to your account balance matches the amount sent, minus any charges applied by your payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. eck444 processes withdrawal requests during platform operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside processing hours are queued and processed at the next available opportunity. eck444 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing, particularly for large amounts or accounts showing unusual activity patterns.

4.3 Payment Method Ownership

You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name and linked to the same identity used for your eck444 account. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from a bKash or Nagad account registered to a different person — are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a successful deposit on the same account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect all players on the platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

eck444 offers promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket betting cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible game categories, and expiry periods. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — that is, the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated before you accept any bonus. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, virtual sports, and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

eck444 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, placing low-risk or opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, using software or systematic strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, and colluding with other players to distribute or transfer bonus funds. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them forfeited, and may be closed without recourse.

5.3 Promotional Changes

eck444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. In-progress wagers placed under the terms of a promotion at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms. New wagers placed after a promotion has been amended or closed will be subject to the updated terms. eck444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a change to a promotional offer once reasonable notice has been given via the platform.

6. User Obligations

By registering on eck444, you agree to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform for any unlawful activity or in any manner that could damage the eck444 platform, its infrastructure, or other players' experience. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or navigate the platform without human interaction.
• Attempting to access, copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the eck444 platform code, game software, or backend infrastructure.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or calculation mistakes to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from known errors must be reported and will be void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of fraudulent influence over the sporting events on which you place bets.
• Using the eck444 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing eck444 support staff or other players via live chat or any other platform communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your eck444 account to any other person under any circumstances.

Breach of any of the above obligations will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited. eck444 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with any subsequent investigation.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

eck444 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to the account.
• At the player's own request, including via self-exclusion.
• Inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

7.1 Funds on Closure

When an account is closed at the player's own request, any remaining verified balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard KYC verification being complete. When an account is closed due to a Terms breach, eck444 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the balance was obtained legitimately and the breach was minor, a proportionate amount may be returned at eck444's discretion. Bonus balances and winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds are not eligible for return upon closure for breach.

7.2 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. eck444 will send an email notification to the registered mobile number before applying the inactive account policy. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from inactive account balances after the 12-month period has elapsed and notification has been sent. No fee will reduce an account balance below zero.

8. Limitation of Liability

eck444 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, delay, or technical error at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via platform notification where possible. eck444 will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, game server interruptions, or technical malfunctions that occur outside eck444's direct control, including but not limited to third-party payment provider outages, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, and game studio server failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eck444's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. eck444 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if eck444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by eck444's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
